Matt is Creator and Founder of TMP, as well as, the Head Coach. He has an expansive background in fitness and client development dating back over a decade. He holds an ISSA certification as a personal trainer and an ISSA certification in nutrition. Matt has spent 20 years as a Police officer and a supervisor, mainly assigned to the advanced training units and various tactical teams including the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team. He has also trained extensively for 22 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds a Black Belt from the highly accredited American Top Team. Matt’s foundation as an instructor has helped him adapt his program into an easy to understand and apply process that barely feels like a diet at all.
